Parc’s Arancini Prosciutto and Mozzarella combine traditional Italian cuisine with an advanced production process that ensures continuity of taste and performance at every stage of the supply chain. The product is pre-fried in high oleic sunflower seed oil and packaged in a protective atmosphere (ATM) for an extended shelf life of up to 24 days, without the use of preservatives.
Ideal for the deli counter of large-scale retail trade or quick service catering, they offer easy and uniform regeneration, either in the oven or microwave, while maintaining crispness on the outside and creaminess on the inside.
