Eggplant 87.3%, batter (water, FRUMENT flour (FRUM flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), corn starch, modified corn starch: E1422; salt, non-hydrogenated refined palm oil (with glucose syrup, MILK protein), leavening agents: E450, E500), breading 2% [breadcrumbs (wheat flour, brewer's yeast, salt), toasted cornmeal (cornmeal, salt)].
