Parc’s Arancini Prosciutto and Mozzarella combine traditional Italian cuisine with an advanced production process that ensures continuity of taste and performance at every stage of the supply chain. The product is pre-fried in high oleic sunflower seed oil and packaged in a protective atmosphere (ATM) for an extended shelf life of up to 24 days, without the use of preservatives.
Ideal for the deli counter of large-scale retail trade or quick service catering, they offer easy and uniform regeneration, either in the oven or microwave, while maintaining crispness on the outside and creaminess on the inside.

Ways of preparing pre-fried frozen product.
IN PREHEATED OVEN: Heat the product for 20 minutes at 180°C (for 540g)/for 15 minutes at 180°C (for 360g)/for 10 minutes at 180°C (for mignon).
IN AIR FRYER: heat the product for 10 minutes at 200°C (for 540g)/for 8 minutes at 200°C (for 360g)/for 5 minutes at 200°C (for mignon).
WAY OF preparing frozen product still to be cooked
Heating mode: it is recommended to thaw the product in the refrigerator; once thawed, subject it to frying (180°C for 3′)
Batter (water, BREAD flour (BREAD flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), corn starch, modified corn starch: E1422; salt, non-hydrogenated refined palm oil (with glucose syrup, MILK protein), leavening agents: E450, E500), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, brewer's yeast, salt) roasted cornmeal (cornmeal, salt).
