Semolino Semidolce Parc is inspired by the classic Italian recipe: a soft semolina base cooked in milk, scented with lemon zest, ready to be breaded, fried or baked. Sweetness of yesteryear, also perfect in a modern version.

MILK, water, 15% durum wheat semolina, sugar, natural lemon flavor, salt.
IMPANATURA
Batter (water, FRUMEN flour (FRUMEN flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), corn starch, modified corn starch: E1422; salt, non-hydrogenated refined palm oil (with glucose syrup, MILK protein), raising agents: E450, E500), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), toasted cornmeal (corn flour, salt).
