MODE OF PREPARATION PRE-FROZEN PRODUCT
In traditional oven: heat the product for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
In microwave: thaw the product thoroughly in the refrigerator; once thawed, heat for 7 to 8 minutes at 750w
