Rice whipped with selected cheeses and a sprinkling of black pepper for a creamy, bold filling encased in a golden, crispy breading. MODE OF PREPARATION PRE-FROZEN PRODUCT

In traditional oven: heat the product for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
In microwave: thaw the product thoroughly in the refrigerator; once thawed, heat for 1 minute at 750w

MODE OF PREPARATION FROZEN PRODUCT STILL TO BE COOKED

Heating mode: it is recommended to thaw the product in the refrigerator; once thawed, subject it to frying (180°C for 3′)

ORANGINS

Rice 74%, pecorino romano 18% (sheep’s MILK, salt, rennet), stock cube with vegetable protein extract [iodized salt, SOYA and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables (onion, celery, garlic, parsley, carrot, potato), meat extract, corn seed oil], sugar, spice blend, salt, black pepper 0.6%.

FILLING

Mozzarella cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, milk enzymes), béchamel sauce (water, whey powdered MILK, modified potato starch, palm vegetable fat, glucose syrup, salt, MILK protein, thickener: E401; stabilizer: E450; sugar, spices, coloring agents: E101, E160a).

Batter (water, FRUMEN flour (FRUMEN flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), corn starch, modified corn starch: E1422; salt, non-hydrogenated refined palm oil (with glucose syrup, MILK protein), leavening agents: E450, E500), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, brown sugar, yeast, salt).
